- Students took most of the initiative in UVU's anti-racist programming. In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the university recently hosted a week of workshops, an "Afrofuturism" art installation, and a keynote speech. No mandatory Critical Race Training sessions are yet required of students. However, see developments below:
